Products and Services. OdaklıPazar aims to serve as a connection between digital content creators (also known as vendors) and affiliate marketers, who then promote them to consumers.

How to contact the product owner (Vendor)?

You have several options to contact the vendor.

1. If you still have questions about the product before you start the payment process. You can ask the vendor directly at the product page. At the product page, you will see the “Ask A Question” button. Click on it, write your inquiry and submit. Your question will be sent directly to the vendor via email.

2. If you did already purchase the product, then you can contact the vendor directly from your account. To do so click the Orders link at the menu, you will see a list of your paid products. Now click on the support button and sent your question. The system will create a support ticket. You can follow your tickets at the “Support” page in your account.

If you paid your product as Guest, then you need to create an account. Click here to create your account. You won’t be able to see your products yet. First, we need to associate your order with your account. That’s why, please open a support ticket and let us know about your newly created account. Our team will update your account and inform you. 

How can I download my ebooks?

If you are having trouble downloading your ebook or if you can not find the way how to read your ebook, follow these steps.

Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an email to the order with the subject “Your ODAKLIPAZAR order is now complete”. In this email, you will find the download links or the link to the membership area where you can read your ebooks. At the same time, you will receive from the vendor a second e-mail with your credentials and the instructions for reading your ebook.

I dont see any download link in my account.

That can happen if you did create your account after the payment process. First, we need to associate your order with your newly created account. After then you will see the download links to your products in your accounts “Downloads” page.
